E is correct. The two generally accepted scales for psychosocial evaluation of organ transplant candidates are the Psychosocial Assessment of Candidates for Transplantation (PACT) and the Transplant Evaluation Rating Scale (TERS). More recently, the Stanford Integrated Psychosocial Assessment for Transplant (SIPAT) has also been utilized, though with mixed evidence as to its ability to predict clinical outcomes.
None of these scales include the availability of the donor, which varies widely by organ.
